A stunning heirloom blanket, made in Mrs Moon's beautifully soft and warm Plump DK.
A great project for beginners or those rediscovering crochet !The kit contains 19 skeins of Plump DK; one skein of each colour, 7 Pavlova, for the outer edges of each square and 3 skeins of Peppermint Cream for the border and the printed pattern.
There is enough yarn to make 60 - 64 squares.
Finished Measurements: 120cm x 72cm (approx)
Ballband Gauge: (Plump Dk)
Using a 4mm needle over stocking stitch: 22 sts to 10cm and 30 rows.
Colours are : Marmalade, Rhubarb Crumble, Gooseberry Fool, Lemon Curd, Blueberry Muffin, Earl Grey, Fondant Fancy, Peppermint Cream and Damson Jam and Pavlova.
You will also require a 4 mm hook which is not included in the kit.
Plump DK (double knitting) yarn is made from the same highest quality, sustainable, superfine merino and baby alpaca as Plump Superchunky and the same beautiful 19 shades. It is incredibly soft and squidgy - absolutely gorgeous to work with and wear.
