PP - Leaf Wrap
This wrap, soft and exceptionally warm is worked in a chunky weigh yarn for a quick and easy knit.
It can be worn wrapped around the neck or around shoulders to keep the chill away.
It has a rectangular shape and features garter stitch and leaf lace border running along one side.
The size can be easily adjusted by doing more or less lace repeats or changing the width of garter stitch section. It can also be turned into a cowl by omitting few rows and grafting the piece.
It has been designed for knitters of all levels. The instructions are written and charted.
I have used chain cast on method, however, any other cast on will work perfectly well.
The size shown uses 4 skeins of Misti Alpaca Chunky (100g/100m) with 30 g left, however, one could use lighter weight yarn to achieve different effect.
The pattern is very simple yet pretty and very feminine.
Great as a gift as it knits very fast!
